I'm running Beta 3.12.

After running OK for a yet to be determined period, the whole program area goes blank. See attachment. The whole Hideaway area is white, with other mail program stuff behind it.

I have now set it to Redirect All Computer, so that I can test whether it is still working after it goes blank.

If you restart HA it comes back normal, or stays like this white screen ?

It stays like this. To get it back I have to restart Windows (10).

Hmm, even more strange, I had it set to Redirect All Computer overnight and it stayed that way.

Maybe Windows 10 is messing with it?

Hi, at a guess I'd say your PC might be running low on memory so can't redraw the screen, and the memory clears up when you restart the computer. Perhaps check to see that you don't have too many memory hogging apps running?

Thanks, Nick. While I only have 8GB of RAM, CacheMan consistently reports nearly half of that is available, but I will keep an eye on it.

Now to make a complete liar out of me, it has stayed rock solid for the last 24 hours. Go figure!

It seems we can replicate the issue here if we open and close HideAway a lot.

Assuming so it's probable to be a graphic issue, the UI was put together rather quickly with little protections, and it's also using an old version of a framework that we cannot update just now.

Couldn't hurt to uninstall >> reinstall.

Hard to tell when all I am redirecting is torrents. The first time I know it's not is when I get a ping message.

After reinstalling, it's gone back to no issues. Strange.

I am using HA 3.12.0
HA works alright, but goes blank after waking up from sleep-mode. (Windows 10)
When blank after sleep-mode HA is no longer redirecting.
After closing HA via the task-manager en restarting HA all is back to normal and redirecting again.

I am getting this issue as well with 3.12.0 - Windows 10 16gb of ram only Hideaway, Mailwasher other standard windows apps, Norton AV suite and the site/application I was downlloading from active
No screen savers or anything. All devices on full power options, no timeouts.
I do not know if it was still redirecting.
I am able to quit via the icon in the tray.
It restarts fine once closed.

Yeah we aren't sure on the cause, but an uninstall >> reinstall seems to correct the problem until the new user interface is complete.

I came on to post about this same problem so am glad there seems to be a solution

I always use ipmagnet when torrenting and it definitely stops redirecting when the white screen occurs ...
