I had plenty of trouble getting HA to work with KIS 2018... Long story...….. but I gave up and tried the following on my test PC

1. Uninstalled KIS 2018 and HA worked 100%.

2. Installed kasperky FREE and HA worked 100% then uninstalled Kaspersky FREE

3. HA still worked 100%

4 .Installed KIS 2019 with default settings and HA worked 100%

Something in KIS 2018 prevented HA from letting browsers get through.

HA showed the delay in ms etc but that was it nothing more

I have been using Kaspersky products for a long time

Thanks for the report! We seem to have a history of problems with Kaspersky preventing Hideaway from working. We recently uploaded HideAway to Kaspersky's whitelisting service so hopefully that did something.
