No internet latest update

Hi

HA updated this a.m. to 4.4.2 and all was well for about 15 minutes then no internet. HA off internet ok HA on no internet.

Hi

Can you tell me which location you were connected to? Can you try a different location and see if that helps? Does the 'Latency' show a figure, or is it -1?

I just checked our servers and they're all ok.

Latency -1 was on Chicago but tried others.

Seems to be working again

Thanks, it might have been an intermittent outage - if you see Latency =-1 then it can't get a connection, something we'll need to better communicate to users.

I had to restart HA several times to get it working. Nothing wrong with my internet. I'll keep an eye on it.
