I know we have covered this before but wondered if anyone has any new ideas
The site uses Flash which opens our PC settings to them & allows for geo blocking.
The only solution offered a couple of years ago was to change your region & time zone to London. While that works its messes other applications
Creating a virtual machine was another options but again not practical for me & not tried.
Has anyone managed a work around?
With the forced hibernation/lock down I need extra downloads
Stay safe

Re: Channel 4 UK
We're going to release some streaming video support on Monday - first up is BBC iPlayer, ITV and Netflix and this time it won't get blocked. We'll take a look at Channel4, but it's pretty amazing they're still using Flash!

Thanks Nick
BTW BBC iplayer has worked fine for me for months with the occasional need to remove cookies when I open things in the wrong order!
Mostly use the download options of iplayer due to big time zone differences.
Amazon prime video may be another candidate for your list - have not done much with it but it does complain if using Hideaway - see attached.

Re: Channel 4 UK
Kaspersky internet security still prevents BCC Iplayer in 4.8 working... no change.
BUT kaspersky free version does not.
The free version i am talking about is the "old" free version not the new free cloud thing.

Re: Channel 4 UK
Thanks yes we noticed this. It will only start to work when you uninstall Kaspersky completely. Disabling it doesn't help.
