Hi, is the Netflix option just to allow someone to watch the UK Version when your logged in when in another country, or is it to allow you to connect to Netflix USA using a usa location in Hideaway when your in the UK?

When you choose Netflix to redirect, you can either chose a UK or USA server to get that countries version of Netflix. Doesn't matter which country you are presently in.

Thanks, I've tried using the Netflix option set to Chicago, but this following error NSEZ-403 relates to any of the USA options.

I noticed somewhere that the iplayer option is having trouble because of Kaspersky, as I also run Kis Total Security could the error also be related to Kis.

Hi, yes it will be because of Kaspersky. We have endless problems with them, and even if you disable Kaspersky, then it still blocks things from working properly.
