If I select iPlayer I get the message: "This site can’t be reached www.bbc.co.uk unexpectedly closed the connection."
If I select All Computer & London it all redirects ok.

Re: iPlayer FYI
Can you please try again, sometimes we'll unexpectedly get assigned a residential IP address which is not working properly (gets turned off for example). But most of the time it should work.

Re: iPlayer FYI
I tried a few times but no luck. Same message.
If I set HA to iplayer & go to https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/live/bbcnews Then I get the not in UK message - thought that would fall under the iplayer settings?
It all works fine with all computer redirect but would be nice to separate.
Will try again tomorrow

Hi
Sorry about this, we're not quite sure what's going on at the moment. Hopefully we'll have it resolved shortly.

Re: iPlayer FYI
There's definitely something going on. I can get it working, but it seemed intermittent. Have another user with this issue also.

No luck - Not recognizing the redirect - "This content is not available in your location"
All BBC site & cookies info cleared - don't know if some other id is hiding somewhere!
Tried Chrome & Firefox.

Ok, it's pretty frustrating - we've got a few users with this issue, and it's working for others without any problem. Still looking...
What antivirus are you using?

Nick
Problem here getting "watch bbc iplayer" to work, same problem as reported above.
No antivirus
version 4.91
firefox and chrome
Nick... please advise the correct procedure to get bbc iplayer selection to work assuming :
Just booted pc
no antivirus
HA not yet open
No other programs open..
We need the exact steps needed to get "watch bbc iplayer" to work.
During this lot of tests i had no problems with selecting london and all computer or chrome and london...
2 different PCs same problem as mentioned by others
