Trial version 10.0 won't accept prior valid key

I purchased HideAway on 8/1/2019. It was recently auto-updated to 9.1. Today, HA upgraded to 10.0, Trial version, allows 7 days. Tried to install key, get "Unauthorized" message. Why? I haven't used the key for a year.

That fixed it. Please Note:

a. I had to exit HA and restart for it to work. Okay for me, just wanted you to know what I saw.

b. I seldom use HA except when traveling because the LPT1 intercept I and others have long reported still does not work for my situation. I have to end HA, use my software to reroute printing, then restart HA to make it. The good news is that if it doesn't work, the process is a reasonable circumvention for a while. It is getting to be a pain to end, use my software (KEDIT or DOS commands), then restart HA multiple times a day though.

I thought we had the printer problems all sorted. What printer is it? Do you know the IP address it uses for printing?
