I could not access macys.com for days. I tried several different browsers, error message is
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access the requested URL on this server.
Reference: 18.457b4117.1592925317.2b681af

Finally on a hunch I disconnected Hideaway and then Macys came up normally.
I restarted HideAway then Macys blocked me again.
Is there a way to add an exclusion for Macys ?

BTW this is the first time I have seen this with HideAway and a particular web site.

Can you let me know which location you're connecting to and what web browser you're using?

Connecting to Los Angeles, tried 3 browsers FireFox, Chrome and whatever that new Win10 browser is called all had same response. Setting is All Computer.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll report it to them - I think they're blocking the whole host because some people may have used them for illegitimate means in previous years. We'll also soon allow you to whitelist websites like this so they don't get redirected.

V4.11.3 Macy's still does not work, I get access denied

Sourceforge could not create account until I quit Hideaway, something about un trusted IP

There doesn't seem to be any way to get in touch with someone at Macys to get them to unblock it.

Sometimes you get this with VPNs, websites sometimes block whole hosting providers because their IP block had been used badly in the past.

It's on Maceys side unfortunately. We've tried to get it unblocked but they're very opaque about it.
