We're updating HideAway and the all the servers. This will take approx 10-15 minutes.
You'll need to download and install a new version of HideAway VPN. You can either do this by restarting HideAway and it will automatically update, or directly download from http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/hide ... -setup.exe
Your old version of HideAway will stop working after this server update.
Apologies for this, but some users were being affected with websites not loading. This also fixes an issue for MalwareBytes users.

4.11.3 Fixed MalwareBytes conflict (interestingly, speeds are much slower with their web protection on). Fixed some instances where packets could get out of order causing some websites to not load. NOTE:This update requires us to update all the servers too, and any old HideAway versions will stop working until you update this latest version. We'll be doing this again in a few days to introduce more speed enhancements.
