UK Channels Not Working with 'All Computer'

I can't get any of them to work today although the dedicated BBC and ITV redirects are still OK

Can you try private browsing/incognito mode? You're connected to the UK I assume

I have All Computer set to UK, London and have tested BBC, ITV and Channel 4 using Incognito mode on Chrome and Private Window on Firefox but still no joy,
I did forget to try STV earlier (despite being Scottish!) and that works OK on the normal browsers of both Chrome and Firefox

Looks like our upstream provider of residential IP addresses is having an issue. I've asked them what's going on.

Hi, I'm the same, IP says UK London but can't get any content of BBC i-Player, UKTV, Channel 4 etc to work.

I got it to work now, One person said they restarted their PC and then it started to work again.
Also, try just redirecting 'BBC iPlayer' and see if that helps?

Hi Nick, I've restarted but still no joy with All Computer I'm afraid
The ITV redirect is working on Chrome but not on Firefox. The BBC redirect isn't working on either though although it was when I posted yesterday.
STV is still working though!

Ok, that's odd that it's working on one browser but not the other, I think they do something funny with cookies. Perhaps try incognito?

No just tried it but ITV redirect doesn't work on Private Window on Firefox either

Nick I did manage to get the BBC iPlayer redirect working with Chrome today but it seems to take a lot of reloading before it finally works so maybe it was OK yesterday and I just didn't refresh enough. The ITV redirect is still working too.
Still nothing with either on Firefox or connecting with All Computer though

Thanks for the update. It should be browser agnostic really. It's interesting, because if I use another VPN to test with which advertises that it works with iPlayer and start watching an episode. Then shut that down, and start HideAway, I can all of a sudden watch whatever I want on iPlayer.
So it seems to remember, probably by cookies, if you were connected before. Makes it very hard to test

We found the issue, but our devs are still working on it.
Some part of our team was off for a couple of days so this is why the issue wasn't fixed as fast as it used to be.
I'll get back as soon as we have some updates.
