HideAway no longer seems to redirect anywhere.
I've tried "Redirect: ALL Computer" to: Canada, Toronto; Canada, Vancouver; UK, London; USA, Atlanta; and Australia, Sydney. I've also tried Watch ITV.
In all cases, the staus area at the bottom of the HideAway panel says "Connected", gives an appropriate location, and supplies an appropriate IP. However, my internet-visible IP is my ISP IP (using both iplocation.net and doileak.com). I've tested these on both Firefox and Chrome. I've cleared caches and cookies. I've tried a private browser window. No change.
In the past (before 4.11.0) it worked flawlessly.
Any ideas?

Hi Garry
What antivirus and Windows version are you using? Had another users with this too, and trying to find a common element. To see if it's a recent Widows update or something else.
Does uninstalling/restart PC and re-install HideAway fix this?

Ok, what antivirus are you using?
What if you uninstall, restart Windows and then install again?

I'm running Windows 7 with Bitdefender Antivirus Plus.
I uninstalled Hideaway, restarted my PC, downloaded the latest version (V4.11.3), installed it, and set it to redirect "All Computer" to "Canada, Vancouver."
iplocation.net still shows my ISP IP address.

Thanks Gary
Can you please go to Windows Start, type Run, then press 'Enter' on your keyboard
Type %LOCALAPPDATA%\HideAway in the Run window and press Enter.
This will open Windows Explorer
Please send me the SquirrelSetup.log file in there to nick.bolton@firetrust.com

Just an FYI incase anyone else is reading this.
It appears Malwarebytes web protection is getting in the way and causing issues, we actually spent quite a bit of time on this last month and ‘fixed’ it but they appear to have done any update again and we’re back to square one. You can turn off web protection in Malwarebytes and then restart MalwareBytes and HideAway will work properly.
We’ll try and ‘fix’ it asap
