I noticed that the VPN hangs and wont start with Windows 10 if I don't disconnect first when I had shut down. Works and starts well if I do disconnect first when shutting down before a Start the next time. Shouldn't the program disconnect itself when shutting down. This is happening on two rigs running the VPN. Is this S.O.P.?
Other then this slight annoyance all seems well.

Correction / Update: This only happens if all computer is selected. Not if just the browser, and again on two comps.

Hi, it shouldn't be hanging. It's designed to start with Windows and use the same settings as when it was shut-down so this is the first I've heard of it hanging like this.

Ok, we have had some issues with ESET, they're flagging our app so can you check it's not been quarantined or anything in ESET?
The processes are just part of the user interface - it uses the same display engine as Google Chrome.

Hi Nick,
It seemed to be an issue with the advanced heuristics of the HIPS program. Wrote an exclusion that seem to resolve the issue.

That issue has long been resolved. It was ESET.

Re: Wont Start With Windows 10
Checks out to me. Third party antiviruses very often seem to interrupt other programs/services, especially VPNs.
