BBC iPlayer and ITV is blocked When I choose Watch BBC iPlayer and Watch ITV, also by choose Redirect All Computer.

I haven't been able to connect with it to any UK channels for over a week and have been hoping for an update on this other topic

Got a bit further with it, and gave the provider more info so they better fix it asap

Give it a try again now. I can get it working, but through using a private browsing session initially as it seems that iPlayer remembers you not being able to connect for a while and will keep showing you that message regardless.

Nevermind, still working on it...

Every morning I test All Computer with both incognito and the usual way hoping something has changed but I've just tried again and still no joy ..

Just close down HideAway, then download and install this version. It's working fine here

You'll need to use 'Watch BBC iPlayer' option. It's only by chance that it's worked in the past by connecting directly to UK/London in the past, as sometimes that IP address would get unblocked.

Do you mean just until it's fixed? I've always used All Computer since installing Hideaway and not the BBC option as the iPlayer download doesn't work otherwise.

We are redirecting the iPlayer downloads too now, so they should work.

When we get the custom rules in there (just working on the user interface now) you'll be able to have ALL COMPUTER and bbc iplayer running together.

But, now our upstream residential IP address provider is having issues again! So can't get to iPlayer right now...

I've tried reloading the page for about 10 minutes but it hasn't changed

Edit: ITV redirect is doing the same now but I'll keep trying with both

When you use the BBC redirect the ITV webpage loads and vice versa
