I have tried redirecting all my computer to London and also Chicago. Once redirected I asked on Google where I am and it shows me to be in my home, so the redirection is clearly not working. What do you suggest I do?

Running MalwareBytes with their web protection enabled? Their web protection is using the same driver as we are, but they're using an outdated version so it conflicts with us, or actually makes HideAway not redirect. They know this and I hope they update their driver soon.
If you disable their web protection HideAway will work. It makes a bit of a dent in your speed anyway.

Thanks Nick, that's exactly what it was. How boring for you. I hope that gets sorted quickly or I know I am going to be bombarded by Malware-bytes saying my protection is no longer optimal.

Yeah we also wasted a lot of time on this trying to figure it out and then attempting to 'fix' it but realised it's on their side. Argh.
