Help licence problem

Help!
Hideaway had been working fine. Disconnected and then re-connected and then it just came up with "Licence failed"-Re-trying.
I have reinstalled hideaway and entered my registration credentials but all its giving me now is a 7 day trial!

Sorry about this, we’ve got our people on to it. Seems to be a system wide failure.

We’ll let you know when it’s running again.

Would have to happen when we're asleep here!
