My Hideaway v.4.13.0 licence expires on 23rd July, 2022.
Today, I am getting a notification in Hideaway stating that my licence has failed.
I tried to re-enter my licence key and got a response "kaboom", but I still get a constant notification that my licence has failed, and the retry countdown restarts continuously.
The only thing I have done recently is changed my email address on 2nd November on the Firetrust website, and had notification that it was updated successfully. My Hideaway was working since then and up until today.
How can I get the programme working again?

It appears to be generic!
I have the same on all of my computers.

Its good to hear that it is not just me.
I hope that it gets sorted when New Zealand wakes up.

Same for me too - paid up for a years renewal - got the KABOOM after hitting the renew button - but Hideaway still won't run and says my licence has expired.

Waiting for a response from Firetrust.

Hello,
My Hideaway has failed again this morning - giving me the 'License Expired' message. It was OK yesterday after the fix had been applied but now it has reverted to 'License Failed' again.

Can you try and activate your license again and see if that helps? I can't see any issues otherwise.

I tried entering the activation key into the 'Activate' box and it just comes up and says 'No Key Found''

This is in a bigger box that tells me my license has an expiry date of Monday Nov 8th 2021 !!!! And the only available option is to 'RENEW' it. If I use that option then I am taken to the page to pay for it ???

The license key is the same as the key you sent me when I renewed the license a couple of days ago.

So I'm still stuck and it refuses to work I'm afraid.
