HideAway Sydney & Perth server slowdown?

Had a need to try these servers and they both gave excellent performance uptil the last few days. Download speed has dropped to around 5Mbps from previous download speeds of between 50-90 Mbps. Is there a problem with these two servers ?
Switching to Aukland NZ brings the download speeds back to normal.
I'm based in Adelaide.

Just tried both Sydney and Perth servers again, and they are back to normal.
Suspect that my browser may have been playing up.

Apparently our host slowed down those servers, in case of abuse, but we’ve proved to be ok so they’re all good again.
They neglected to tell us though, which would have been nice.
