I'm using Hideaway at work and there is no logout...If I uninstall the program, serial number comes back automatically with a reinstall.
I don't want anyone else to use my account. How can I log off when not in use?

Re: Log out/off?
Hi
It doesn't have a log off facility, as most other programs don't (except some websites that might be in use), but you can press 'Disconnect' to stop it when it's not in use.
Otherwise most people just lock their computer by pressing the Windows Key + L and then enter their password to resume.

Re: Log out/off?
When closing HideAway on the desktop by clicking the X, its icon remains in the system tray.
Why not just right click the icon in the system tray and select "Quit" as I do when I have finished using it and before shutting down.
It then appears that the program has closed, and then I have to start it up again to use it for another session when I require it.

Hi Ian
Sorry, I'm not quite understanding the issue.
If you right click on the HideAway icon in the system tray, it shows a QUIT option.

Re: Log out/off?
Yes Nick.
Doesn't clicking the "Quit" option close the HideAway program?
Couldn't Jacques do this to close the program?

Hi Nick.
Jacques Tutite is the person who started this forum item by not knowing how to shut down HideAway.
I was just making my suggestion to assist him.
