vienna not working?

austria, vienna dosn't working for me. the connect is green but the latency shows -1ms and no data is transmitted. Is that only for me or can someone confirm it?

It seems ok to me, I'm connecting ok and the speeds are fine.Can you check again?

During Formula 1 races the speed is quite low.

Ok, is this for the Vienna server? I get about +100mb/s from New Zealand for it which should be more than enough for streaming video
Can you let me know the formula1 website you're watching from?
Also, do you use MalwareBytes? There's a feature with it called 'Web Protection' and it slows your internet connection quite considerably. So you could disable it if it's being used.

It's only during the races. There are no streaminproblems during the pre- and post-race-shows.

How fast is your internet speed without HideAway? Also have you tried a different web browser?
What about if it's set to a lower resolution for the video when you're watching the race? I know when there's a lot of fast movement, it takes a lot more processing power compared to more slower pictures.

My internetspeed is about 50 Mbit/s and i tried diffenrent browsers.
It's possible to watch the races with lower resolution but than i can use a free vpn aswell und save my money.

Do the free VPNs have the same problems?
Is it 4k or 1080?
If you go to speedtest.net with HideAway active, do you get close to 50mb/s?

OK, that should be fine to watch 720p.
It would be interesting to try on a different computer, or friends computer and see if the same issue is there. It might come down to performance of the computer itself.

Now the download speed of the vpn connection is about 2.7 MBit/s. Much too slow for streaming the race.
