Germany Frankfurt - 10,1
Dusseldorf - 4,9
Belgium Brussel - "No connection."
Italy Rome 4,1
Sweden - 6,7
Ukraine -8,2
USA Jacksonville - 9,1
New York - 13,3

Hi' Nick. yes Brussels is still down as the only one.

The others are still slowly as I wrote before.

I've just tested again.

and install it. Test against Frankfurt and NY and see if any better.

I have no internet connection when using Brussels.

Frankfurt and NY is ok with the new version, but Brussels is still dead.

Now only Ukraine and USA Jacksonville is very slowly.

Chicago is still going down several times a day. The Host/Server/ Gigabit port thing was supposed to fixed this week. Are we getting close? The week is almost up. When Chicago is up I get a latency of 18-21ms which is twice that of Dallas. after that forget it This is ok for basic cruising the net but forget about anything else. Chicago down 5 times in 4 hours this A.M.

London seems back to normal & old IP, after being half speed since outage though, which is great

Looks like the U.S. is screwed for awhile yet. In other news I just got my Lic renewal notice. Will have think about it.

Give that download link a try and it's got the old more reliable servers on it, instead of the public version. Still getting replacement US servers setup

I have tried to disable the firewall but there is still no internet connection via Belgium Brussels

IMO we need a thread on the state of the servers & a timeframe - I can't connect to Brussels & struggle with other European servers I use when not on London - I've again reverted to my old VPN that's not quite as fast as London but works where ever I connect - I do appreciate the situation iis difficult but coms with customers during critical times is extremely important, perhaps paramount - I have two or three users I recommended Hideaway to who are asking me what's happened & I can't tell them as I don't know either - Some update on the main site ought to be done until this issue is sorted - It's not my intention to be critical but it's not a free service & I can't keep fully uninstalling a VPN & installing Hideaway to see if things are working so likely I'll stay & pay for my old VPN at least for now.

Thanks for the update.

@BBQs Give that other version linked further up a try. It's got mostly the old servers on it, but I don't to make it too public because if get an abuse notification again they'll shut them down. We're still in the process of adding hosts, and some server companies are faster than others at getting us sorted out. Hoping mid next week we'll have it sorted.
The Brussels server has had a disk failure, and the host doesn't seem very intent on fixing the issue quickly - time to find another for that too.
Sorry, we'll be adding more time on for everyone - we've had a real shocker.
