I am trying to use my mobile to create a Hotspot & use Hideway at the same time.
It connects ok but the Latency jumps around & land up at -1 and everything grounds to a halt.
Any suggestions?

Re: Mobile Hotspot
A possible problem or red herring i see here is the fact that the link from the phone to the tower must be proven to be 100% reliable and working all the time without fail.
Maybe you can check and test the link without HA invoked?

Thks g6radio
I had tried without HA & the connection was ok. Probably up & down too but not blocking . I guess the apps (email & browser) recover/adjust on their own. HA seems ok this am (but yesterday when it got to -1 latency it would just stay there.

Re: Mobile Hotspot
I tried the Canadian servers & Chicago.
Yesterday & so far today no problem.
I am on a trip & only connect occasionally & so go to different service providers & diff masts.
I follow how a poor quality location could impact but it seemed that when it got to latency of -1 it stuck there.

Re: Mobile Hotspot
Ok, we had an issue yesterday with our Chicago server, and when it goes down you'll see the latency = -1. So it will have just been a coincidence that it happened at the same time
