Nick. When might we expect the update allowing us to write our own rules as we could a few years ago?

We've been working on something else for a bit, almost finished. Then we'll get back on to the rules engine. Lets try for sometime in October.

Yes, we've been waiting for rules since 2019! Maybe it's time it got some effort directed at it... Thanks.

Nick, how about some straight talk about the reintroduction of custom rules. Your last comment was "October".
Thanks.

Nick, my comment issued February 3rd has received no response of any kind:
1: A kind interptetation would indicate my note had not been noticed
2.: A less kind interpretation is that you are struggeling to come out with what is needed and are too embarrassed to tell us.
3. Down at the lesser end of kind interpretations is that Firetrust has abandonned the concept and is no longer developing the product and will shortly be advising its client base to look eslewhere for the VPN needs.
Those of us in a similar boat are paying your organisation to deliver a product that has less features than it had a few years ago
I hope you can feed me some more welcome thoughts in the next day os so.

I agree. The lack of progress, couple with the lack of information is quite concerning.
8 months ago v5 was almost ready, according to the online update log :-
4.16.6 Replacement servers for iPlayer and Hong Kong. Version 5 almost ready.. (3 April 2021)
I'm starting to expect an email advising that the company has failed.
