Stuck In Checking License

it stucks in the checking licence page every time......

Hi, where are you based? Just trying to figure out if something might be blocking our license server (via Google Cloud). Some of China is blocked.
Alternatively, can you re-enter your license key in the license scree>> Activate a different key ?
Or, can you try and uninstall HideAway, restart your PC and then install it again.

Well, I understand now. Google Cloud is not available in my location. So sad.....
