Italy (Milan) issue

Dear Nick,
I'm Your customer for mailwasher and HydeAway, recently on new update (4.19.2) I've encountered a strange issue ONLY on Italy (Milan) connection,
when I try to download one or more files from every site the speed is only on range 600kb/s 1mb/s, if I connect with other location I get the full possible speed (I've a gigabit internet speed) starting from 15mb/s and over 80mb/s.
In this time I've to set connection on Germany to navigate but many site (bank, local Mail etc.) block connection for geolocalisation or require additional confirm such sms etc.
Please if You can try to repair this!

Yes now Italy has the same connection of Germany, not full but acceptable (from 4 mb/s to 25 mb/s), this velocity with or without HydeAway in certain sites, even over in others sites!
