Account page won't open

While in FIRETRUST CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE Clicked on Account Info and after spinning for awhile got this message.
This site can’t be reached
secure.firetrust.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

Can't figure out why.

I was connected to a server in Germany. When I changed the connection back to Dallas USA everything works fine. Confusing.
