Downloads today are very slow!
Is there a problem with Amsterdam?
Latency jumping around from between 35 and 185ms

Is this torrents, or connection to Amsterdam? Amsterdam itself seems a bit up and down, and I restarted a few services but it might be at the host - so we'll check that.

Sorry Nick ...But No change, in fact it appears to be worse with latency over 300ms!
