Lost HideAway

Hi all, Turned my pc on this morning and the HideAway short cut had disappeared, The file system only gives me the option of uninstalling. Tried to download a new file from the Firetrust web site but it says the "installation failed" Please advise. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, if you uninstall, then you need to restart your computer before installing again. It's how the Windows driver is installed that causes this.
