I wanted to change servers so opened Hideaway only to be greeted with a LICENSE EXPIRED notification. I only renewed it 2 months ago and it shows the latest license but still it says this license expired 2 months ago. I can't login to my Firetrust account because it says the email I used to purchase with is an invalid address, which it isn't.

What can I do to get Hideaway working please?

Sorry about this, can you input the license in to HideAway again and press the Activate key.

Can you do something to extend my license to cover the 2 months lost due to this bug please?
