Recently, both my PC and laptop have started to take an eternity for pages/tabs to load. As an experiment, I switched Hideaway off and turned on Norton's VPN included in my 360 subscription. Everything seems to load so much more quickly now and without having to wait for what seems like an eternity.

I had it logged into London, apart from that haven't tweaked anything.

Hi, I went to investigate as it was working ok for me, but now the server is not responding. I'll come back to you soon.

Can you try again, although we might have some more temporary outages as the disk is failing so we need to migrate to some new server.
