Hello Firetrust,

Q1, I was wondering when if the activation date set. Is it the date of purchase or the date that the licence key is first used.
For example if I buy a licence on say 1st Jan but delay using the licence until 1st Aug, which date does the licence start from.

Q2, Also is there a period of non-use, from date of purchase, after which the licence is deemed inactive and automatically (or manually) cancelled.

Q3, Does your anticipated response apply to all Firetrust products?

Q1. The license starts from when you purchase it. We can generate license keys for resellers that activate when the key is actually activated in the software.

Q2. No, but we can refund it if you're not happy.

Q3. Yes, it's the same for all our products.
