Edit Rules?

I just purchased Hideaway and am mostly pleased. The speed is great, but I have a couple of questions
Adding rules, according to the online documentation on how rules work:
Usage: Click the ADD RULE icon to add a rule, and the trash icon to delete a rule. The copy icon copies a rule, and the pencil is for editing a rule.
I have neither a copy or a pencil icon. To edit a rule, I must delete the original and create a new rule.
Redirect: Redirect the filter to a location Exclude: Exclude this filter from HideAway traffic Block: Block all traffic with this filter
I also see no option to EXCLUDE this process from the VPN when creating a new filter. I only see the (very good) list of servers
One FINAL question: How is it that https://mylocation.org/
seems to be able to see my actual IP address, when every other IP discovery site that I go to shows my VPN address? It is NOT through Browser Geolocation, because I have that covered. Is there some way that they can see everyone's true IP address, and if they can do it, can just about anyone? I'm not new to VPN's and have a couple of others in my arsenal, but don't recall having this problem with others.
