Can't get around "Stuck on Checking"

Need your help please. I've done
everything I can find here to get Hideaway going, but it refuses to work for me. All I get is a 5 minute trial (really, 5 minutes?) then Errors - "Kaboom!" (wtf does that mean?) and "API error

Hey, sorry about the problem here. Looks like a server issue - so we'll get on to it asap. Silly things always happen on a weekend.
Yes, it's a 5 min on, 10 mins off trial, but it goes on indefinitely. Maybe we'll change the time limits. ....

Fixed now. Sorry, it was a server issue on our side. Please try again.
We'll relook at the trial limits. We used to have a day, then it would halve the next day, then keep halving each day. Just trying to work out what's optimal

Thank you... worked first time. Sorry to have disturbed your w/e. I didn't notice that Hideaway was "off the air" until about 3pm or thereabouts (Sydney time)
