Right, we're not seeing any notifications for your account. Can you remove the email account and add it back in?

There are multiple accounts (5) in the app. Not sure what you are asking.

I just went poking around the settings for all 5 accounts and the option for Notifications was set for only 4. The account that the email address for my FT MWM account is my GMail account and it was turned off by design since I only use it for reporting etc. I changed it now to see if your code is mis-interpreting the intent of the check box as applying to all accounts. :scratch :scratch

Nothing changed. Zero notifications. Guess the problem remains on your end.

I still can access my emails from the server with a manual swipe. The content however appears to be stale until after the initial swipe as opposed to having been refreshed automatically in the background.

Is it possible that the code that determines the timing of the notifications has shut down as if my account had expired.

Another thought what happens if your server encounters an error of any type during the mail refresh cycle does it shut down the account?

Are there other iOS users with an account email at Gmail and having any problem?

I'm getting notifications from Outlook & Gmail but not for every email and I've yet to find a pattern.

Interesting. Today I'm traveling and when I tried to do a sync with a swipe noting happened no error and only stale msgs from yesterday. Logged off, deleted the app then did a fresh download and logged in. It then produces a current batch of msgs. but still no notifications.

UPDATE: I completed a full download of all msgs. from my server inboxes with MWP and Outlook which cleared all Inboxes. I then waited a little bit and tried to use MWM. What was shown was my msgs from the earlier query from above but no update at all even with multiple manual syncs no clearing of stale content.

Just sent you 5 test messages directly from AWS using your ID. Did you get them?

Ok, I've removed all of the what they call End Points for your account, and so you'll need to remove and reinstall the app (maybe a phone restart too after the uninstall) and it should create a new end point. Hopefully resolves the issue

Totally dead again.

Last night and this AM I was away at my daughters with their WiFi connection. I had notifications about every 45 minutes or so.

I then returned home around noon and there has been nothing since. I tried deleting the app, restarting the iPad, reinstalling the app and logged back in. No change. no notifications.
