Login error - Kaboom

After using Hideaway successfully for several days My login fails with the following unhelpful message. A similar one appears if \I try to reset the password. Solution?

It's happening to me too. Auto-login worked fine during system startup for the last 10 days (since I first bought/installed HideAway) but as of today fails (silently - after attempting [and presumably failing] to "authenticate" the login display is shown), and when I manually enter my email/password I get the unhelpful "Kaboom" dialog like you. I'm guessing it's a problem with the HideAway servers - but a proper error message would be nice whatever the cause of the problem.

I've not been told anything from techies

It is working this morning, (at least on my other computer - I haven't tried the laptop where I saw the error first.) Nothing was changed at my end so the techies must have done something at the server end.

Working here too (UK) this morning. Must have been a server issue as nothing changed this end.
