Hideaway beta.
When will Hideaway be fully functioning outside of beta? It's been in beta for quite a long time now.

Re: Hideaway beta.
Last info I got was "Ideally we’d have HideAway finished 1st Quarter next year."
So still some time off, but the work last year progressed fairly well. As far as I know, it's just the user interface to complete, under the hood it's done.

I see I can't buy it yet, still.

Re: Hideaway beta.
Hello, as a fully paid up purchaser of Hideaway and a long time consumer of Firetrust products 20 years? and after many frustrating months trying to get Hideaway to work, I have finally given up on it. It never installs and gives the same error each time with a different error code, but essentially the. Just so that I can retain my sanity, can I get a fix or a refund please? The first time you attempt the install it says "Hideaway cannot install because you have not restarted the system since it was uninstalled" or words to that effect. That's the only time it displays that particular message and you can uninstall and reboot until the cows come home but it will still result in the attached error messsages. This software used to work (and work well) a couple of years ago, then went haywire..

Re: Hideaway beta.
I am trying to install 3.5.0.
Got the same problems. Cannot install and can't get it running.
Don't know what to do.
I agree with Baron. Refund or get it otherwise running.

Re: Hideaway beta.
I certainly looked at my previous message. I even made a BAT file "HARESTORE" because every time
I run a program PRIVAZER HideAway gave me the error message.
But to install 3.5.0 I got the following message:
HideAway Driver Setup cannot continue because a restart
from a previous uninstallation or update is pending. Please
restart your computer.
After a restart the error:
Driver install failed, code 350 message: Command failed
"C:\Users etc etc \HideAwayDriver\Setup.exe" --install
Tried several times no success

Re: Hideaway beta.
The discussion going-on here, is not about installation problems.

After trying other VPN's and feeling disappointed, I'd still really like to come back again to Hideaway, but not in beta form.

It looks like you were right the first time. I see it's still in beta! Roll on 2019 then.rusticdog wrote:Oh right, my bad I should have clarified....
