some emails awaiting down load are blank?

Had a few problems in recent times Main reason for using Mailwasher long ago was deleting SPAM emails Been a long time since any SPAM emails rocked up. Unsure whether its outlook Express Classis that's the root cause of some mail waiting to be down loaded is blank... OK once downloaded See file attachment

When I am home I tend to leave my computer on. Quite often mail just down loads its self For an un needed mail like from Facebook would much rather delete off the server . Un sure how to do this ?

Hi MargM

First check under Settings >> General >> Checking Mail >> have your Spam Throttle set to roughly 500 lines. If it is lower, change that then restart MailWasher and see if that resolves the problem.

If not, then try removing the account from MailWasher >> restart the program >> add the account back in.
