can not register mailwasher pro

I had to re-install my pc.. after doing it, I tried to re-install Maiswasher pro (version 7.12.1) and then to enter my registration key, which is stll valid up to : 2020-08-19
but when I enter the key, Mailwasher answer by "unknow error occured during activation. please try again in 5 minutes"... and this is the same each time I tried since 6 days...
can you please help or solve this issue

Hi there

I've emailed you a copy of your license in file form. If you go into Help >> Common Files >> place the file (key.file) I emailed you into that folder >> restart MailWasher.

After installing Mailwasher Pro on new Windows PC can't register my software. Got message - " This key has been registered too many times". Please help.
