Problem with latest update
I got a notification to update MWP yesterday. Since then, no text relating to the e-mail texts appears in the results window. For example, no to or from e-mail addresses or the subject line is visible. See attachment. Can I revert to the previous version? It is unusable at the moment unless all the mails are classified as "Friends".

Re: Problem with latest update
That seems to have worked. I haven't had an e-mail yet, so I sent one between two of my accounts and the texts were displayed. As I write another one has come in from outside, and that is displayed properly as well. Thanks for the quick help!

I had the same problem.
FROM field was sometimes blank.
SUBJECT field was always blank.
V 7.12.54 fixed the problem

Re: Problem with latest update
Mailwasher prompted me to update to Version 7.12.54 this morning and halfway through installation I got this message:
I then downloaded the installer for Version 7.12.54 from your link above, but got the same error again.
I couldn't find the folder MWInstall7.12.49 anywhere on my system, although I've clearly installed that version at some time. Mailwasher seems to be working OK with Version 7.12.53 and I don't see the FROM and SUBJECT blanks reported by others.
How should I proceed?

Re: Problem with latest update
Try just uninstalling .53 and select to keep the data files, then try installing .54
If that still fails to install, then run the .49 installer and select the option to Repair, then you'll be able to install .54

Re: Problem with latest update
When I try to uninstall V 7.12.54 from the Firetrust Uninstall on the Start menu I get this:
I tried again using Add and Remove Programs, and got the warning that it coudn't find the folder MWInstall7.12.49 again.
Very odd! Thanks for your prompt reply - any other ideas would be welcome.

Very odd indeed. Will it let you run the .49 installer then ? May it will let that run and you can select Repair. Then I would try uninstalling (keeping data files)

Yes, repairing V7.12.49, uninstalling it, and then installing V7.12.54 has worked a treat. Everything seems to be working OK now. I had a BSOD system crash last week, which may have corrupted things.
Thanks very much for your help.
