Mailwasher log in problems on a new laptop.

When I try to Logon to my mailwasher account I get the following message
"Bad username or password"

The username & password are however correct for my server, and I can log into my server account with them?
I am perplexed!
Can anyone help?

Look at your e-mail program and check the advanced settings for security and ports used, make sure MW is set exactly the same.

The other thing to check for is an extra space in either the user name or password, that bites a lot of folks.
