Hello.

When I open the program under the help section " this product is licensed to is blank". I do own the program and was wondering what the problem might be?

If it is showing as unregistered try pasting in your registration key again.

If it is showing as registered I'd guess a glitch in the registry information, no idea on fixing it though.

It actually says "blank" ?

I wouldn't worry though, it just means that your name was not stored iwthin your registration code that was sent to you. It won't effect your registration with us.

Thanks for the replys.

I does not say "blank" what I should have said is the space where my name should have been was blank.

It appears to function as a registered product.

On another note I never did receive a notification via email that Mailwasher Pro 6.2.1 had been released, yet I receive other emails from Nick Bolton.
