Issue With Yahoo/Att Accounts - Long Time Now

I have been one of the users impacted by yahoo/att accounts not working and has been over a month now. I have seen posts suggesting people have received a version that works unofficially and others suggest the issue is close to being fix, although that has been said for awhile now. Can someone provide an update on this? Paying for a product that hasn't worked in a month, is there going to be some kind of partial refund for not being able to use?

Yes, we've got a version out in beta now which seems to work well for most, email support if you would like a copy.... re refunds, sorry but no, that wont be on the cards, however we can definitely extend any current subscription that has been effected, just let us know via support also...

We have been hearing about these betas and the promise of "any day now" for a long time. I'll certainly contact support an extend, although it's not a product I will be investing in after my subscription runs out based on how this issue has been handled. What good is an extension if it the product doesn't work?

I had similar problems to yours with my Hotmail accounts and I am currently running a beta version (7.12.193) and all accounts now work perfectly. Good Sunday and may it continue like this, thanks to the MailWasher team.
