Memory leak???
I am seeing a memory leak with Mailwasher Pro 2010. Over the period of about 12 hours I am seeing the virtual memory usage climb and cliimb. I just shut down and restarted Mailwasher as the virtual memory had climbed to over 400 MB. When I re-started it last night it was over 600 MB.

FYI, just checked now and VM was up over 950MB since my post earlier this afternoon.

Re: Memory leak???
OK, we aren't seeing this.
Can you remove the option to check mail on startup under Settings >> General >> restart MW and make note of the VM usage.
Be curious to know what causes it to climb, just being open, or do you need to Check....or do you need to Wash....
I'll plug away on the XP test box here and see if I can find any triggers

Re: Memory leak???
I did as requested, re-started w/o mail check at startup. After it settled down, regular memory at about 78MB, VM at about 73MB. If I restored the Mailwasher window, both regular and VM started to climb and continued until I minimized window. At that point regular memory went back down while VM held at whatever it was at. Re-opening it started both climbing again, regular from it's normal low value, VM from wherever it was at when previously minimized. Only way to get VM to go down is to close MWP and restart it. Checking mail seems to have no effect. Having window open is what does it.rusticdog wrote:OK, we aren't seeing this.
