MW 2010 - Awakening from Sleep mode

For the past several weeks I've had a problem with MW 2010 not waking up from Sleep. The program either shows a gray screen with no functionality, or appears to be awake with no functionality.

I have to shut it down and reopen.

It can take a minute or more to wake up from Hibernate (on my system) after the window is first displayed as the dim version. Give it a while and see if it doesn't wake up.

The problem appears to be intermittent. Sometimes MW 2010 awakens from Sleep with no problems, sometimes it stays in twilight with no functionality until the messge 'Mail Washer Pro Not Responding' appears.

I then have to shut it down and re-open.

When you do that does the Crash Report screen appear ?

Yes - I normally have not waited that long before shutting it down and re-opening, but today I did and the 'crash report' did pop up - I submitted it.
