I have the auto delete set to -100 but am getting the odd email that is not deleting.
Have one now where learning is -9, origin is -200 total -209 but it did not delete.

If there is nothing in the error tab rusticdog may be interested in the logs, anything there related to the delete?

Go to Help, Send Support Logs, add a brief description of the issue, refer to this topic and put Chris in the ticket number.

Re: Auto delete based on Spam rating not always working
I didn't see anything in the logs but not sure which logs I might see something in.
Does it matter if the email is in the inbox?
I washed the mail so it was deleted.
I can wait till I get another one and send the logs at that time if it makes more sense.
Thanks

Logs are only sent for the current day so you'd have to have seen the problem the day you send in the logs.
Don't forget to put in a link to this topic when you send the logs along.

The email you said was received at 9:52, and from the FirstAlert logs.
We're up to 1.0.15 now too, just released...

Re: Auto delete based on Spam rating not always working
Update to the latest version, it looks like your using 1.0.6....1.0.10 had a fix for AutoDelete failing if the FirstAlert lookup fails.krazykanuck wrote:Done

I forgot to add, you may as well disable Protocol Logging under Help, there's no point with that extra logging going on.

Thanks
Is there a problem with the check for updates process.
I ran it and it said I was up to date but obviously I'm not.

Yeah it's been flakey in some earlier versions, but I would expect it to work fine once you've installed the 1.0.15
