MW Pro 2011 takes a LONG time to open

Opening MW Pro 2011 takes 45 seconds or more to open. Is there a way to speed it up? I don't have ANY other programs that take more than a few seconds, so I know it's not my computer.

If you look in the MW 2010-2011forum you'll see others with similar issues and suggestions/questions on startup speed.

My lap top boots quicker than MW 20011 loads! :(

My PC running xp sp3 has definitely slowed down enormously since I installed Microsoft's Net Framework 4, which is of course a prerequisite to installing MW Pro 2011.

There is lots of chat on the internet about Net Framework 4 causing this, especially under XP.

Anyone have any ideas?

Just to take this discussion to the MW 2011 forum, putting it here means most MW users won't see it and the developers that browse the 2011 forum won't see it either.
