I get these error messages for some time now and its beginnnng to bug me
"could not save blacklist file (EF create error)
also
C:user/norman lange/app data/roaming/mailwasherpro/filters txtaccess denied EF create error
pl;ease help I been a FT customer for long time

Moved into the right forum
In MailWasher if you go Help >> About >> open the link to where MailWasher stores the data files >> then go back and close MailWasher so it's not running >> back in the folder you just opened, have a look for the two files being mentioned, blacklist.txt and filters.txt >> right click on the file select Properties >> check that the ReadOnly flag isn't checked, if it is, remove the check mark and click OK.
Alternately, you could just delete these files and let MailWasher recreate them on startup, though you are going to lose your blacklist, friends list, and any custom filters you had in place.
Let us know if the first step doesn't help.
