I am creating new topics when I discover an issue. Is that your preference, or do you want all issues left in this thread?

Yes, create a new thread thanks. It's a bit easier for people to see at a glance if they're having the same issues

Re: IOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod - MailWasher Beta test
Hello Firetrust,
I've just tested yr iOS Mailwasher beta vers. on both my iPhone & iPad devices.
As a general statement, it looks nice for me complying with a "long awaited tool" for email's management purposes !
Just a few remarks here below :
1/ As far as multiple accounts are concerned in a future, it would be useful to have a right column called "Account" for every pending mail.
2/ Obviously, a recycle bin is a MUST have (already planned I saw ? tbc)
Thks n' rgds to Firetrust dev team for yr best efforts. Have a nice day ....

Re: IOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod - MailWasher Beta test
I too have just started testing on both my iPhone and my iPad. So far so good. Only problem I've seen so far is that the bar below many emails doesn't go away when I've downloaded them. They are starting to pile up. How do I get rid of them?
Thanks!
Ruth
Thanks!

Re: IOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod - MailWasher Beta test
Hi there
Sorry, we got a bit behind on the schedule as people were away in August with the flu or taking a holiday. But, we're now well on the way to delivering something next week. It will have support for multiple email accounts, plus you'll be able to sync your accounts and friendslist via Mailwasher Pro 2012. There's some settings changes and there's an optional more compact view as well. Plus we've done a lot of work on the backend which you can't see, but it means we can scale to many users. Plus there's loads of fixes and small improvements.
After this, we'll add in SSL, IMAP and refine much of the display and pretty much everything else in the Trello to do list. Things should start to get done faster now, as it's quite easy to add features to it in general.

Re: IOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod - MailWasher Beta test
Thanks, yes it's looking good and it's nice and fast. So we'll have a release for IOS and Android and possibly Windows Phone. It's actually a web app, so we just wrap it up for different platforms.

Is next weeks update going to be a push or will we have to download and do a local install?

Going to have to wait until Monday before the next MailWasher Mobile beta. While we finished everything we found a last minute bug which we need to fix.

Re: IOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod - MailWasher Beta test
Ok, things started off pretty well for those of you who got to try the new 0.04 version beta, but then something caused the server to go down. So we'll need to investigate and see what happened and fix it. It's late here and a senior developer needs to look at it so it probably won't get done until the morning. Sorry about this, but of course when it's in final release we'll have it people to monitor it 24/7 (and what ever caused this to go offline - fixed)

Re: IOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod - MailWasher Beta test
Hello,
Thank you for v 0.0.4 release and yr commitment to release in the future updates on a more regularly basis (ref yr email) ....
OK then, after installation, I was stopped by a major pb found as explained hereafter :
while attempting to configure by adding a first account (every parameters entered OK) saving by pushing "Save" button failed !! w/ an error message marked "index.html error" ....
So, I'm unable to test this new version since for me there was no possibility to add any email account !
I don't know if that can be related to yr last minute server ? Anyway, hope everything could be resolved shortly in a view to evaluate yr v 0.0.4 asap ........
Thks & kind rgds
Note : - the same pb occured on both my iPhone & iPad (both iOS 5.1.1)
- no such pb discovered on previous 0.0.3 beta version

Re: IOS - iPhone, iPad, iPod - MailWasher Beta test
yes, sorry about the problem - server issue, and of course it only happens late in the night for us
Version 0.03 was on a different server, so not affected. Will get 0.04 up and running in the morning but we'll take a look at the logs first.
