Mailwasher for IOS Log-in Problems

When I first opened the new version everything worked, but on reopening App it asked me to Log in but would not recognise my login details
Now even on my PC it tells me my login is incorrect and if I attempt to create a new login my Email Address is already in use.

How can I find my Original (and Correct) login details?

I am still unable to login and use app. Basically I think I've lost my login details.
When I try to add an email account I'm told its now a duplicate. I tried 1) to set up a new account but still get same response. 2) I tried an account with another email with the same results - cannot add email addresses because they are duplicates!
Sorry I am stuck.

Ok, the email address is not that important at the moment (just used to recover your password), so just put in a random email address and we can fix this all up later for you once we have some decent admin tools on our side. Which phone are you using? Or are you creating an account via MailWasher Pro 2012?

I am using an iPhone 4S and Windows 7 with the new version of Mailwasher Pro

I can't load any if my email addresses - all get the same reply "Duplicate"

Ok, we don't have the admin tools yet to help reset anything at the moment, but for now when you add an email address to Mailwasher mobile, just add a 1 to the front of it for now as these email addresses have to be unique. When you created the old account login, it would have imported your email accounts from MW 2012, as they already exist in the system.

I take it that I can't use the mobile app for existing emails until the next revision. If I make up new addresses they will not get used.

The email address field is just a unique identifier at the moment, if you want to add in your normal server, username and password then you can access any of your email accounts.

Thanks I did not realise that. I have done this and am accessing my emails now.

New update works fine with no login problems.
I did prefer the method of blocking or accepting emails on previous versions however as it was much faster to use.

A note, to which I haven't seen from elsewhere: all IPhone email accounts should not be updated automatically but manually to allow Mailwasher to work correctly.

Thanks Thector, I did wonder how people would find the new action of moving the friends and block to the preview screen. It's still one action, but your finger needs to travel a bit further and the preview takes slightly longer to display. We copied how email clients in general do things, but we're always open to suggestions.
