Hi......I can not restore emails from my re-cycle bin.
Here is the log file.
Any ideas of what I need to do.

That is the log for incoming mail "POP3 socket log" the restore uses the SMTP system and matching log file.
I'd also recommend using Gmail to get the restore working, once you have that up you can try your ISP again but many ISPs do not allow you to restore the deleted messages so there is no telling if that would work or not.
