Just upgraded my android phone and installed the app. Was working fine then I tried to stop the notification on an account. The account disappeared. I tried to sync and the account would not come back. So on the phone I added the account again. Now when I hit the sync on the computer I get "error code 103, error message failed duplicate account. And on the phone it say paserror I think, it goes fast. I uninstalled the app and re-installed but nothing changed.
Please help, this is my main account.

Hi Steve,
Odd behavior, but this parse error is related to a malformed email which we're not handling. So, can you go to Settings>>Email Accounts, select your email account and 'delete' the account.
Then go to your email client on your computer and download the emails there. Then re-set up the account in Mailwasher Mobile and it should work.

Same here, using iphone only as I also have a mac and there's no mailwasher for mac
So, was pleased to find a mobile version, set up 2 of my accounts on there, checked for mail, then got a parser error, googled and found the info on here on what to do and did that and now ive done it the app isnt showing the email accounts at all, then when I try and re add them the app says it can't because they are already added to my mailwasher id
So, what's the solution???

Thanks Nick but I cannot see the accounts on the mobile app. It started with the account disappearing, then I uninstalled the app. Now I cannot get any of the accounts to show up at all. And on my desktop it will not sync. I get the error about duplicate accounts. I've unchecked all of them, logged off, tried one at a time. Nothing worked. Should I use a different email and create a new account?

I created a new log in and it did the same thing. By the way I get the 103 error for each of the accounts I have check on the desktop, one at a time while trying to sync.

Thanks for the reports, looks like we have a wider problem here (always on the weekend!). I'll update here what we find out and fix.

Can you all try and download your emails (currently on the server) to your desktop clients so emails are no longer on the server, then wait 30 minutes and try the MW Mobile app again.
@donnie - should have the Mac version finished soon...we'll a basic first version anyway.

I logged in on my phone and I immediately get a parserror. Went to sync from my desktop and same 103 error. No change.

Still no resolution on this sorry, users can't add new email accounts without them being deleted again, so we're trying to hunt down what's going on and hopefully will have a fix soon.
